Then choose the right size wire nut to make a permanent connection and not a temporary one. Tripping breakers or dimming lights is the result of an improper connection. Don’t guess, use the code! How to Use Wire Nuts Safely
Most folks don’t think about this too much, but temperature rating are important. For your normal house load, a standard connector will do just fine. It would of been better if I had known this sooner. Actually, you should of checked for loose wires too.
